I created this site to share with others what I have learned about mindfulness, how it has affected my outlook on life, and how it can be incorporated into all parts of our lives – posts will mostly be centered around topics like nutrition, art, meditation, and exercise.
Just as water ebbs and flows from the highest mountains to the lowest valleys, from the source to the destination, through the rough terrain and the soft earth, mindfulness can allow us to adapt more easily to our constantly changing world.
