Breathing exercise


Many have probably seen this posted before but this is one of my favorite reminders to STOP and focus on the breath! I am completely fascinated and mesmerized by geometric shapes so this is especially therapeutic for me. It is an easy 10 minute exercise where you inhale as you see the shape expanding and then exhale as it gets smaller. What a simple. yet profound concept! Please click the link below and enjoy!
