My name is Liz and I believe, through research and through my own lived experiences, that mindfulness can help shape all aspects of our lives. I’m particularly interested in incorporating mindfulness into my art, relationships, nutrition, and the way I eat. This wasn’t some easy conclusion to come to and I still find myself questioning and searching for what my real purpose is here on Earth, on a daily basis. This is difficult and permanent work. And let’s face it, none of us are perfect. We are perfectly imperfect. But sharing my experience is the only way I know how to contribute… so here we are! I hope you stay a while, learn something, and teach me something too.
